This synergistic blend of organic lavender, organic lemon, organic peppermint, and organic frankincense has been shown to help alleviate plant and flower allergies (seasonal allergies). Lavender has been studied as a natural antihistamine. Peppermint is known to help clear sinus passages and reduce air volume. Lemon is a purifier and frankincense is an overall great healing agent.

I use this one by applying it to my thumb and pressing it to the roof of my mouth. This gives almost instant relief. This blend can also be diffused.
