How to use
For aromatic use, follow your diffuser’s instructions and the product label. Essential oils are concentrated; do not apply undiluted to skin. If using in a skin formulation, obtain ingredient-specific dilution guidance and patch test first. Carrier-oil blends may not be suitable for every diffuser.

This synergistic blend of organic lavender, organic lemon, organic peppermint, and organic frankincense has been shown to help alleviate plant and flower allergies (seasonal allergies). Lavender has been studied as a natural antihistamine. Peppermint is known to help clear sinus passages and reduce air volume. Lemon is a purifier and frankincense is an overall great healing agent.
I use this one by applying it to my thumb and pressing it to the roof of my mouth. This gives almost instant relief. This blend can also be diffused.
For additional allergy relief and help with allergy-induced congestion, bronchitis, or sinus infections choose "Respircare" blend.
For hives, choose "Lavender".
